Items on the floor
Whether you choose deep or standard, we always try to help as much as we can, your satisfaction will always be our number one priority, however only you know where items on the floor should go (clothes, toys, etc.). We leave these tasks to you, that helps us getting your home cleaned more efficiently. Please understand that those items on the floor are your responsibility, we can't be responsible to place them back, since we don't know where they go, and we can't take responsibility if some of them can be already damaged or broken. We certainly do our best to pick some of them up so we can continue our work, but items on the floor, ultimately is the customer's responsibility.
If you have recently renovated your home or just finish some construction work, our standard or deep cleaning services do not include paint or other materials removals from floor or other surfaces, please let us know if that is your case and we can quote that service with our specialized team.

More than a Deep Cleaning Conditions
Some homes require more than a deep cleaning
Let's be fair, a standard cleaning takes care of all the most basic things we need to clean, this is usually to maintain your home clean on a regular basis. Our Deep Cleaning service goes beyond wiping down instead of just dusting some areas of your home, this also applies to homes that may require an extra effort, still within the reasonable limit of cleaning. If your home is in bad shape, for any reason, and you know it, please let us know since we need to adjust the pricing due to the effort and time invested, I know all of us want to save and be mindful of our budget, but if you don't warn us ahead of time, once arrive at your home and we realize that your house requires more than a Deep Cleaning, we will have to let you know we need to adjust the pricing and I know that can make you uncomfortable. Here are a few situations we consider as more than a deep cleaning:
-Any kind of pest infestation (cockroach, etc.)
-Baseboards or doors with stains of years. We might not even be able to remove them.
-Bathrooms and Bathtubs.
The pricing might change based on the conditions of your home, due to effort and time invested, if you decide not to move forward, we totally understand, however, since we already reserved the time for you, and visited your home, the best we can do is refund half of your deposit, we appreciate your comprehension.
